- Client Relationship Ownership: Serve as the senior strategic partner for your clients, leading strategy sessions, presenting recommendations, navigating complex conversations, and building long-term, trusted relationships. You’ll take full ownership of client success from strategy through to execution.
- Specialist Expertise: Develop deep expertise in a specialist area such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, newsletter strategy, video content, audience growth, funnel development, or another key discipline. You’ll become the go-to expert within the business, sharing knowledge and helping shape best practice.
- Business Development Support: Partner with the commercial team on pitches, proposals, and sales calls, using your strategic expertise to demonstrate value, build credibility, and help win new business.
- Mentorship & Team Development: Support the development of junior team members through coaching, feedback, and mentorship. As the lead within your pod, you’ll set the benchmark for quality, collaboration, and client excellence while fostering a culture of continuous learning.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop others without micromanaging
- Confidence making independent decisions, adapting strategy based on data, client objectives, and changing priorities
- A proactive mindset that anticipates challenges, identifies opportunities, and thinks beyond day-to-day delivery
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional quality
- A genuine passion for continuous learning and becoming a recognised expert within your specialist area
