We have a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Marketing Manager who wants to use their skills in a role with genuine purpose and impact.
As the Marketing Manager, your role will be delivery-focused rather than purely strategic. You’ll be responsible for creating and delivering campaigns from brief through to launch and reporting, working across B2B and B2C audiences and multiple markets.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering B2B and B2C marketing campaigns
- Writing clear, accessible and engaging marketing and campaign content
- Building and sending high-volume B2B email campaigns and newsletters, ideally using Dotdigital
- Creating content across email, digital, social and web
- Preparing campaign assets for regional teams
- Using AI translation tools to support local-language campaign versions
- Supporting campaign rollouts into new markets
- Managing multiple campaigns, projects and deadlines
- Monitoring engagement, traffic, conversion and sales
- Using campaign performance insights to continuously improve future activity
About You
We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on marketer who can demonstrate campaigns they have personally created and delivered.
You’ll ideally have:
- Proven experience in campaign marketing
- Strong email marketing and content creation experience
- Experience across digital, social and web
- Confidence using campaign reporting and performance data
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Excellent written communication skills
- The ability to work independently, at pace and across multiple markets
- A genuine interest in accessibility, inclusion or purpose-led marketing
This role would suit someone who enjoys getting stuck into the detail and making things happen, rather than someone whose experience has been primarily strategic, supervisory or agency management.
