We're working with an ambitious, fast-growing agency that's expanding its already impressive Brand team and is looking for a Junior Brand Manager to join its London office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in social media marketing who has a genuine passion for LinkedIn, personal branding and content strategy. You’ll ideally have gained this experience within an agency environment and be excited to help clients build their brands through engaging, strategic content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Execution: Create engaging LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and supporting content with guidance from your Brand Manager. You’ll develop your writing skills while learning how to capture each client’s unique tone of voice and create content that delivers results.
- Research & Content Support: Research industry trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to help inform content strategies and identify new opportunities for clients.
- Content Planning & Publishing: Maintain the content calendar, schedule posts across platforms, and ensure all content is published accurately, on time, and to a high standard.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor content performance by pulling weekly analytics, compiling reports, and highlighting key insights and trends to support ongoing optimisation.
- Client Support: Assist with day-to-day client communications by drafting updates, taking notes during strategy sessions, and supporting the wider team to deliver an excellent client experience.
- Learning & Development: Build your expertise in LinkedIn, personal branding, content marketing, and social media strategy through hands-on experience, mentorship, and continuous learning.
