Payroll and Compliance Manager
Monica is our onsite Payroll and Compliance Manager.
She manages and runs a weekly and monthly payroll service for all our freelancers, making sure they are paid on time.
Monica also manages the compliance processes here at Devonshire, making sure we are fully compliant with processes such as GDPR and IR35 and making sure our freelancers have the correct right-to-work documentation within our two office locations.
