He’s responsible for establishing, managing, and regularly reviewing relationships with external recruitment partners to ensure we deliver a seamless, effective, and fully compliant service to Hiring Managers across the Paragon Group.
With a sharp eye for process and a focus on building strong, reliable vendor partnerships, Jamie plays a crucial role in making sure our RPO offering runs smoothly from start to finish.
