If so, as a member of the Learning and Development (L&D) team for this Global omni-channel communications business, you will do just that by supporting the growth and development of all employees.
As the Training Officer, you will be instrumental in the design, review and maintenance of all training sessions delivered be it in person, virtual classroom, eLearning or instructional videos.
Main responsibilities:
- Administration and reporting of the internal Learning Management System.
- Ensure that projects are delivered with the available resources and to the agreed timescales, providing regular highlight reports.
- Ensure that the L&D function offers a quality, cost-effective service and maintains accurate up-to-date records of attendance and operational costs.
- Full ownership and accountability with the Training cycle which includes identifying the learning needs of the business, designing the training using suitable methodology and delivering the training.
- Evaluate training methods to ensure it meets the needs of the business
- Monitor and evaluate feedback and effectiveness of all training and development.
- Review the training which is currently offered and ensure that it is fit for purpose, including induction and e-learning packages.
- Where required, create and design Learning & Development Training programmes in line with business objectives that support the different levels across the business.
Experience and skills required:
- Previous training/induction experience would be advantageous
- Previous experience supporting an HR department in the delivery of training would also be advantageous.
- A natural ability to engage an audience, deliver clear training and motivate individuals to learn.
- A collaborative approach to learning both face-to-face and remotely
