We’re looking for a Technical Analyst to join Paragon’s Client Governance Team. This is a client-facing role with occasional UK travel.
As the Technical Analyst, you’ll sit between Technology and Governance, acting as a trusted link between the technical teams and wider GRC function. You’ll provide insight, clarity, and strong analytical support to ensure continuous control governance across key client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys accountability, clear communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evidence adherence to client-specific audit, compliance, and control requirements
- Drive the closure of technology audit findings and remediation actions
- Provide updates on risks and mitigations for quarterly governance packs
- Create technology dashboards and slide content for client reporting
- Source or provide subject-matter expertise for client materials and discussions
- Champion client technology needs within Paragon
- Act as the conduit between Technology and GRC, ensuring accurate evidence validation
- Communicate key technology events clearly and professionally
- Maintain a strong understanding of Paragon’s technology structure
- Present confidently at client meetings and engage effectively at all levels
Required Experience & Skills:
- A background in technology business engagement
- Have strong technical, business, and information security understanding
- Broad appreciation of technology (through experience or qualifications)
- Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Working knowledge of IT service management
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities
- Confident working both independently and as part of a wider team
