Our client, a global analytics and digital solutions company, are looking to hire a Senior Marketing Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

As Senior Marketing Manager, you hold a pivotal role in defining and implementing strategic marketing initiatives within the UK and European markets, with a specific emphasis on the Insurance and London sectors. We are in search of a seasoned professional with a demonstrated track record in B2B enterprise solutions marketing, particularly within the insurance software and technology sector. Experience with service providers, consultancy tech firms, or Insurtech firms is essential

Key role responsibilities:

  • Strategic marketing within the UK & European markets, developing personalised marketing campaigns to drive upsell & cross sell to new buying centres inside the targeted strategic accounts, as well as organising and implementing all field marketing campaigns and events for the business units.
  • Hands-on experience with planning and executing integrated campaigns and multi-channel campaigns including the use of content and thought leadership, digital marketing, social media SEO.
  • Events, webinars, analyst interaction, and personalised events to build brand awareness and generate demand.
  • Develop content strategy and editorial calendar to align with short-term and long-term marketing and business objectives as well as address industry trends, collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop multi-functional content, style and layout
  • Monitor market trends and oversees advertising and marketing and works closely with marketing personnel and creative agencies to ensure company brand values and image are followed.
  • Develop capabilities to ensure consistent and effective processes utilising marketing & ABM toolkits to support growth in existing accounts and refining tactics based on account level insights, needs & preferences for large accounts.
  • Drive innovation and be a leader in advancing marketing techniques and approaches in line with the digital outlook with the end consumer in mind.
  • Translate sales objectives (both opportunity and relationship-based) into marketing objectives and develop project plans for marketing support.
  • Lead cross-functional project management including communications, operations/logistical execution as well as budgetary and metrics reporting.
  • Plan, create and execute all field sales activities and events for region in order to move qualified leads through pipeline.
  • Execute marketing programs on behalf of sales, and demonstrate to reps how they can execute program elements on their own
  • Measurement & Success impact metrics include (but not limited to); existing account revenue growth (upsell & cross-sell), customer opportunity pipeline, engagement tactic results, customer insights growth, execution, utilisation and feedback on customer marketing programs and completeness/accuracy of customer account/contact data and insights.

Experience considered as essential for the role:

  • 5+ years of experience with marketing B2B enterprise solutions.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Proven success with multi-channel demand generation campaigns, client centric marketing and pursuit marketing.
  • Marketing for enterprise solutions in the B2B sector, specifically within the insurance software and technology industry or with service providers such as consultancy, technology companies, or Insuretech firms.
  • Experience with personalised Account Based Marketing strategies & execution
  • Expertise in leveraging Salesforce, Hubspot
  • A consistently positive attitude, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a high growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Passion and a “can do” attitude with a desire to make an impact in a start-up environment
  • Entrepreneur style of working while holding accountability of driving the positive success
  • Goal oriented, proactive, structured and process led.
  • Work individually as well as with diverse global teams
  • Exposure or experience in pre-sales/sales will be an added advantage.

Salary: £75,000 - £85,000
