Our client, a leading communications company are recruiting for a Senior CCM Developer to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job Purpose:
To create workflows to process client supplied data and artwork into a variety of personalised output channels to meet client and production schedules.
To use a variety of tools to ensure the most efficient processing methods, whilst maintaining quality output at all stages.
Main Duties:
- Receive and process customer data in line with Data Bureau procedures and Client requirements
- Design and arrange production content within job specific software, as depicted by the account managers and clients briefs.
- Liaise with Account Managers, ensuring that potential problems are highlighted immediately.
- Liaise with the Production team to ensure that the optimum production methods are being used.
- Ensure that all revisions of job content and all data processes are documented in ICM (Inspire Content Manager).
- Undertake to comply with the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and its associated policies
Technical Skills:
- Understanding of IT and data processing applications i.e. Microsoft Access, SQL Server, etc.
- Knowledge of Quadient Inspire Designer and Cygnus required.
- Knowledge of Direct Mail production processes.
- Knowledge of Inspire Content Manager desirable.
- Experience of using automated job processing tools desirable.
- IT related degree or equivalent.
