We are looking for a Salesforce Sales Lead to join Paragon DCX.

What You’ll Do:

Lead with Vision

  • Recruit, build, and inspire a top-tier Salesforce sales team.
  • Define a culture of excellence grounded in performance, accountability, and purpose.
  • Coach and mentor team members into confident, strategic advisors.

Architect and Execute Strategy

  • Own the Salesforce sales strategy across industries and verticals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to fuel lead-gen efforts and refine our market positioning.
  • Drive pipeline growth, ensuring forecasting accuracy and consistent revenue attainment.

Be the Trusted Advisor

  • Cultivate strong relationships with new clients and key stakeholders.
  • Translate complex business needs into Salesforce-driven solutions with measurable impact.
  • Lead negotiations, close transformative deals, and partner across internal teams for successful delivery.

Stay Ahead of the Curve

  • Maintain deep fluency in Salesforce products, roadmap, and market trends.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise client value.
  • Represent Paragon DCX at Salesforce ecosystem events, amplifying our presence and partnerships.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of Salesforce sales experience, including time in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven ability to build, coach, and scale high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including partner models and sales motions.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets, closing complex deals, and driving team results.
  • Strong strategic acumen with a passion for client success and digital transformation.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
