Sales and Marketing Manager

Our client, a leading independent healthcare provider, is looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Manager to support business growth and increase local market share.

This is a full-time on-site role (37.5 hours per week) with flexibility required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a local sales, marketing, and business development strategy aligned to growth targets
  • Proactively identify and build relationships with GPs, consultants, corporate clients, insurers, and other key referrers
  • Drive new business opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships
  • Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns and events to generate leads and increase brand visibility
  • Monitor pipeline performance, referral trends, and campaign effectiveness using CRM tools
  • Ensure all marketing activity complies with relevant regulations

About You:

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (healthcare experience desirable)
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills
  • Commercially minded with a proactive, results-driven approach
  • Confident in managing events, outreach activity, and campaigns
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and reporting tools
