We are looking for a Relationship Manager with English & Italian to join our client, a well-established European private banking group with over four decades of experience serving high-net-worth individuals.

About the Role
As a Relationship Manager, you’ll focus exclusively on nurturing and growing existing client relationships (“farmer” role). There is no new-business target – your remit is to deliver outstanding service, deepen client engagement, and ensure satisfaction over the long term.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with a portfolio of private-banking clients, balancing client objectives with institutional standards.
- Advise on tailored investment strategies, estate-planning solutions, and wealth-management structures; proactively update clients on market trends.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring responsiveness, professionalism and a seamless service experience.
- Uphold the highest compliance standards, adhering to all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Keep client documentation, contracts and records precise and current.
Key Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Economics or related discipline.
- At least 5 years’ experience in private banking or wealth-management relationship roles.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
- Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken).
