We are looking for a Project Communications Manager to join one of Paragon Works' client partners, a leading global investment and asset management firm on a contract basis.
As the Project Communications Manager, you will lead all communications for a major building works and workplace transformation programme at their London head office. You’ll oversee clear, consistent and reassuring messaging for employees, stakeholders and partners, acting as the dedicated communications lead for the programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a joined-up communications strategy across all programme activity
- Create engaging, audience-focused content across multiple internal and external channels
- Provide strategic advice and briefings to senior leaders and stakeholders
- Coordinate input across facilities, risk, legal, projects and central communications teams
- Support programme documentation, including statements, updates and formal submissions
- Safeguard reputation through proactive messaging and effective issues management
- Champion best-practice communications, using insight, technology and AI-enabled tools
Required Experience & Skills
- Significant communications experience within complex or regulated environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning, organisation and stakeholder-management capability
- Proven background in reputation and issues/crisis communications
- Insight-led approach with confidence using metrics to refine strategy
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams

Hours: 4 days per week + ad-hoc project support
Day rate: £600–£800
