We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Print Production Manager based in the City of London.
As the Print Production Manager, you will be onsite 100% of your shift to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy print production hub delivering outsourced digital and print services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full production workflow across a multi-shift environment
- Lead and develop a team of 4 Print Hub Operatives
- Plan shift rotas and allocate resources based on workload and client demand
- Act as the primary escalation point for service or production issues
- Maintain client relationships and support service reviews
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and operational procedures
- Track key metrics and drive continuous process improvements
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in print production or operations management
- Strong knowledge of digital print workflows, dispatch, and finishing
- Experience working in SLA-driven, client-focused environments
- Confident leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
