We are looking for a Print Operator to join our client based in Wymondham on a permanent basis.
As the Print Operator, you will be working as part of the night team in a Production environment, you will undertake the operating of various printing equipment. This could include Xerox HLC cut sheet printers, Canon continuous printers, CS6 offline cutter and canon full colour cut sheet printers.
HOURS: Nights:
Week 1 – Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, contracted hours, working 7.00pm to 7.00am, working 11 hours per shift.
Week 2 – Monday and Tuesday, working 7.00pm to 7.00am, working 11 hours per shift.
The is a physical job and you will be required to be on your feet during your full shift, operating machinery, after full training has been given.
You will need to adhere to quality and output targets and must also show an all-round willingness to complete other tasks as requested.
Required Experience:
- Experience of working to tight deadlines
- IT Literate & competent in the use of MS Excel
- Mechanical aptitude required
- Basic PC skills will also be required for duties such as managing print queues, booking work in, undertaking reprints, and despatching of work.
