Our client, a well-established business in the subscription and regulated space, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their B2C marketing team on a fixed-term contract until October 2026.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who’s keen to learn, build experience in customer communications, and work closely with a supportive team.
As the Marketing Coordinator, you’ll sit within the Retention and In-Life Marketing team, supporting customer communications across the full lifecycle. This will include updates for existing customers as well as renewal communications.
Main Duties:
- Support the delivery of customer communications from brief through to release
- Help review and update new and existing communications, ensuring they are clear, accurate, and compliant
- Coordinate feedback and approvals from stakeholders
- Help keep communications organised, on track, and up to date
- Contribute ideas to improve customer communications across digital and offline channels
What were looking for:
- Some exposure to marketing, communications, or content
- Strong written skills with good attention to detail
- Organised, proactive, and keen to develop new skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
This is a hybrid role, with three days per week in the Basingstoke office (Tuesdays required; other days are flexible).
Ideally, you will be available to start as soon as possible for this fixed-term contract through to October 2026.
