We are looking for an experienced Internal / RPO Recruiter to join Paragon Works' talent team based in Warsaw, Poland.
As the Internal Recruiter / RPO Recruiter, your role will be to help attract and hire top talent across our business. This is a high-impact opportunity to play a key role in shaping Paragon’s talent acquisition strategy. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, partner closely with hiring managers, and ensure every candidate has a first-class experience.

Main Duties:
End-to-End Recruitment
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple business functions
- Design and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and deliver compelling job descriptions
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking and proactive outreach
- Conduct screening, interviews and assessments, managing offers through to hire
Stakeholder Partnership
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
- Advise on market trends, interview best practice and compensation benchmarking
- Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to align hiring with business goals
Process & Performance
- Continuously improve recruitment processes using data, technology and insight
- Track and report on KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire and quality of hire
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements and best practice
Employer Branding & Talent Pipelining
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Paragon’s culture and values
- Engage proactively with high-calibre talent across international markets
Required Experience:
- 5+ years’ recruitment experience, including 3+ years in an in-house or RPO environment
- Experience managing international recruitment projects (highly desirable)
- Fluent English (German language is a distinct advantage)
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies and interview techniques
- Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter and MS Office
- Highly organised, detail-driven and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Proactive, self-starting and comfortable working in a dynamic environment

This role will be based on-site, 5 days a week
