GTM & Web Analytics Specialist

We are looking for a GTM & Web Analytics Specialist to join our client on a permanent basis.

As the GTM & Web Analytics Specialist, you will own and optimise digital tracking across web and app platforms, ensuring accurate, scalable, and privacy-compliant data collection. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver robust tagging solutions that support data-driven decisions and improve customer experiences across European markets.

Main responsibilities

  • Managing and optimising Google Tag Manager (GTM) across web and app platforms
  • Collaborating with development, UX, product and CRO teams on scalable tracking solutions
  • Supporting cross-platform and cross-device tracking initiatives
  • Building and maintaining APIs and integrations for advanced tracking capabilities
  • Developing and governing data layer specifications and documentation
  • Conducting audits, QA testing and debugging to ensure data accuracy
  • Driving mobile app analytics using Firebase and GA4
  • Supporting teams with guidance, training and best practices
  • Working closely with Data Governance teams to maintain compliant data practices

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong experience with GTM and GA4 implementation
  • Experience with Firebase, BigQuery and mobile app analytics
  • Knowledge of server-side tagging and modern tracking practices
  • Familiarity with GDPR, cookie consent and privacy requirements
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical teams

This is a permanent role where you will work a hybrid model (3 days on-site) at the client’s London-based office.
