Growth Manager

We are looking for a strategic and proactive Growth Manager to lead Paragon DCX in its development efforts and shape its future client portfolio.

As the Growth Manager, you will identify new market opportunities, forge strong partnerships, and convert strategic leads into long-term, high-value clients. You’ll be the driving force behind their new business pipeline, working hand-in-hand with a lead generation agency, attending key industry events, and collaborating with our technology partners to build lasting relationships and unlock new revenue streams.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead Business Growth

  • Develop and execute a new business strategy focused on the data and communications sector.
  • Qualify, manage, and convert inbound and outbound leads into sales opportunities with support from a dedicated lead generation agency.
  • Drive full sales cycle from outreach and discovery through to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Own and exceed pipeline and revenue targets through consistent outreach, relationship-building, and market insight.

Build Strategic Partnerships

  • Establish and nurture relationships with technology vendors and strategic partners to co-create go-to-market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and channel teams to activate joint campaigns, track performance, and generate new leads.
  • Represent Paragon DCX at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to boost visibility and foster new client connections.

Shape Market Presence

  • Actively gather market intelligence to identify trends, challenges, and whitespace opportunities in data and communications.
  • Translate client pain points into value-driven solutions using our consulting, data, and digital communications capabilities.
  • Contribute to the refinement of Paragon DCX’s market positioning and service offering through real-world insight.

Required Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in a business development, growth, or partnerships role, ideally within the data, communications, digital, or technology sectors.
  • A proven track record of driving revenue through lead generation, consultative selling, and partner collaboration.
  • Comfortable working with a lead gen agency and managing multiple prospecting streams.
  • Experience representing a business at industry events and converting conversations into commercial opportunities.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and build long-term relationships.
  • A strategic, hands-on, and entrepreneurial mindset — motivated by results and impact.

Please note that due to the high volume of responses we receive, only successful applicants will be contacted.

We are an equal opportunity employer, and we encourage job applications from people of all backgrounds. All qualified applicants will receive consideration regardless of gender, race, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, or marital status.
