General Manager

We are looking for a commercially driven General Manager to lead Paragon Outsourced Services in Ireland and drive the next phase of growth.

With an established €16m business and significant opportunity ahead, this is a high-impact role with full ownership of revenue, profitability, operations, and client performance. This is not a maintenance role, it’s a genuine opportunity to build, grow, and transform.

Reporting to the COO – UK & Ireland, you will combine strategic leadership with hands-on delivery to win new business, expand client relationships, and elevate overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Growth

  • Own and deliver the Ireland growth strategy.
  • Win new business and expand existing client accounts.
  • Lead pitches, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
  • Strengthen Paragon’s market presence in Ireland.

P&L Ownership

  • Full responsibility for revenue, cost, and EBITDA performance.
  • Drive margin improvement and financial discipline.
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.

Operational Leadership

  • Ensure high-quality, consistent service delivery.
  • Build scalable and efficient operating models.
  • Drive continuous improvement and cost optimisation.

Client Leadership

  • Develop senior client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead key client engagements and strategic reviews.
  • Act as an escalation point where required.

Leadership & Culture

  • Build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Create a results-driven, accountable culture.
  • Develop talent and succession pipelines.

Required experience & skills:

  • 8–10+ years in senior leadership roles within outsourced services, operations, or related sectors.
  • Background in general management, commercial leadership, or business development.
  • Degree qualified or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering profitable growth within outsourced services or a similar environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience owning a €10m+ P&L.
  • Demonstrated success in winning new business and growing client accounts.
  • A hands-on leader, comfortable operating both strategically and operationally.
  • Resilient and driven, with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary: €90,000 - €110,000 + bonus

Contract: Permanent
