We are looking for a talented Format Designer to join our client on a permanent basis in Nottingham.
As the Format Designer,
In this role, you’ll elevate our clients’ packaging portfolios with innovative and commercially effective designs. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering high-quality packaging solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative packaging formats to enhance commercial value.
- Collaborate closely with production and sales teams on packaging projects.
- Respond to inquiries and provide samples, artwork layouts, and design support.
- Present design concepts directly to clients, ensuring their vision and requirements are met.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Kasemake (CAD).
- Experience in packaging and promotional cardboard engineering.
- Knowledge of print & packaging repro processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage a varied workload effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
This is a hybrid role based in Nottingham.
