- Ensuring endpoint security through patching, antivirus, and encryption.
- Collaborating with other IT teams to implement changes and enhance user experience.
- Documenting systems, processes, and providing user support when needed.
- Managing Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) procedures — onboarding, internal transitions, and offboarding.
- Travelling to other sites when required.
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ years’ experience in an EUC, Desktop Support, or IT Infrastructure role.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and end-user device management.
- Experience with EPC, Intune, and Active Directory.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a customer-first mindset.

- Experience with networking concepts — DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and Wi-Fi.
- Exposure to ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
