We are looking for an Estimator to join Paragon’s Nottingham site.
As the Estimator, you will play a key role within the business by supporting the commercial pricing. You will be working closely with Sales and Account Management teams to deliver accurate, timely, and commercially sound estimates across a wide range of print and finishing services.
You’ll bring strong knowledge of print production processes, including litho, web, digital print, and direct mail, and will play an important part in supporting Paragon’s commercial offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with Sales teams and customers to fully understand print and production requirements
- Produce accurate and timely estimates using agreed production routes, pricing, and selling rates
- Identify and recommend alternative specifications or production methods where beneficial
- Provide technical and commercial support to internal and external Account Managers
- Assist with outsourcing specialist print or finishing work when required
- Manage and triage enquiries within the estimating inbox to ensure prompt responses
- Maintain accurate estimating and pricing documentation
- Support improvements to commercial processes and use of the PRISM system
- Work to agreed KPIs and contribute to overall commercial performance
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of print, finishing, and direct mail processes
- Previous experience producing estimates within a print environment
- Numerate, IT literate, and comfortable working with estimating systems
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Proactive, commercially minded, and able to work independently
This role is based in Nottingham, hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, fully onsite.

Salary: £38,000 - £40,000
