We are looking for a Digital Print Operator to work with one of Paragon’s Client sites, based in Castlemilk, Glasgow.
This is an on-site role within the client’s print room. As a Digital Print Operator, you will manage the end-to-end processing of print orders received through the online ordering system. You’ll oversee all aspects of quality control, ensuring accuracy and consistency in every job. In addition to digital printing, your responsibilities will include guillotining, folding, mailing, and other bench work.
Main Duties:
- Follow all health, safety, and site operational procedures.
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Leadership and Management team.
- Ensure accuracy when recording data or financial information, whether digitally or on paper.
- Keep up to date with training and procedural updates.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all essential aspects of building and workplace services.
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in a printroom and/or administrative role is desirable.
- Positive attitude with a professional and approachable manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees and clients diplomatically.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive situations with tact.
- Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Highly organised with a methodical approach to meeting client needs.
- Competent IT skills, with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to learn quickly and follow established processes.
