We are looking for an experienced Digital Manager to join the in-house design team of a leading global management consultancy.
This is a fully remote, full-time permanent role, offering the opportunity to work on a wide range of digital products and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business.
As the Digital Manager, you’ll oversee the design and development of digital products created by the in-house team. You’ll act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, advising them on digital solutions and promoting the capabilities of the digital team. You’ll also manage a small UK-based UX/UI team and collaborate closely with an offshore front-end development team in India.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of digital products across web and interactive platforms.
- Act as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders, advising on suitable digital technologies and solutions.
- Promote the digital team’s services internally and champion best practice across design and development.
- Manage a small UK-based UX/UI team and coordinate work with the offshore development team in India.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure all deliverables meet quality, functionality, and brand standards.
- Support the evolution of digital processes, ensuring innovation and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Digital Manager, Digital Lead, or similar within a design agency or large in-house creative team.
- Strong understanding of front-end development processes and capabilities (Angular, React, JavaScript).
- Good knowledge of UX principles and user-centred design.
- Experience managing or mentoring design and development teams.
- Confident working directly with clients or senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to balance creative and technical priorities.
