We are looking for a Customer Solutions Developer to join our client, a global omni-channel communications business based in Peterborough.

As the Customer Solutions Developer, you will work both independently and as a fully contributing member of the Document Composition team designing and coding transactional applications using Quadient Inspire software in a Windows-based environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Work with the Client Services/Project Management teams to analyse and understand client requirements.
- Review and understand the client’s data and business logic.
- Review and understand the development brief provided by the Client Services team.
- Build and test applications and provide proofs for audit and sign-off.
- Meet all deadlines for projects to fulfil client’s expectations on delivery dates.
- Integrate applications into the automated environment.
- Support live applications, troubleshoot and fix errors where appropriate.
- Maintain and update existing applications according to requirements.
- Document systems to the required standard.
- Follow company procedures for development, testing and production promotion.
Required skills:
- Strong Data Processing skills.
- Ability to achieve a high level of accuracy in all work.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients at all levels.
- Experience in using Quadient Scaler, Quadient Automation and JavaScript would be advantageous.
