We are looking for an analytical and customer-focused CRM Marketing Manager for a 6-month FTC based in London.
As the CRM Marketing Manager, your role will be to develop and deliver data-driven CRM and email marketing strategies that improve engagement, retention and customer lifetime value. Based on-site in London, 5 days per week, this role is ideal for someone with strong CRM expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience working in fast-paced or regulated environments.
Main responsibilities
- Developing and executing CRM and email marketing strategies across the customer lifecycle
- Managing end-to-end email campaigns including segmentation, personalisation, A/B testing and reporting
- Overseeing CRM platform management, data integrity and audience hygiene
- Building automated customer journeys and triggered email programmes
- Analysing CRM and campaign performance to identify optimisation opportunities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, research, legal and compliance
- Managing relationships with external agencies and technology partners
- Staying up to date with CRM trends, email marketing innovations and data privacy regulations
What You’ll Bring
- 5–7 years’ experience in CRM, email marketing or marketing automation, ideally within financial services or another regulated industry
- Strong experience with CRM platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Braze or similar tools
- Expertise in customer segmentation, campaign optimisation and performance reporting
- Experience building automated customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns
- Knowledge of email deliverability, data protection and compliance requirements
- HTML knowledge for email template development and troubleshooting
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Experience working with data teams to improve targeting and customer insights
This is a 6-month FTC, paid on a daily rate, and you will be required to work at the client’s office 5 days per week – so please only apply if you are happy with this.
