- Develop scalable AI-integrated production processes
- Act as the agency’s internal AI specialist, advising Creative Directors and Account teams
- Create motion, digital, film and activation assets using AI-enhanced workflows
- Prototype campaign concepts, including experiential and interactive ideas
- Deliver integrated B2B and B2C campaigns from concept to execution
- Design and deliver AI training workshops for internal teams
- Develop best-practice guides, prompt frameworks, and workflow documentation
- Support ethical and compliant use of AI tools across projects
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in a creative, design, or technology-focused agency role
- Strong background in motion graphics, film, or video production
- Experience across digital, print, experiential, and activation campaigns
- Hands-on experience using generative AI tools within professional projects
- Exposure to UI/UX or digital product design
- Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to clients and senior stakeholders
- Experience mentoring or training others
- Experience with tools such as Adobe Gen Studio, Firefly, Runway, Sora, Kling, Synthesia, Midjourney or similar
- Knowledge of image, video, 3D and language models
