We’re looking for a client-facing Mid-Weight Project Manager to lead a high-impact rebranding project for a major global client.
This is a 6-month contract where you’ll take ownership of the full project lifecycle — from planning to delivery — managing creative workflows, multiple stakeholders, and large-scale asset production. You’ll be at the heart of a fast-paced, creative environment, driving high-quality work through strong coordination, communication, and leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading a full end-to-end rebrand transformation project.
- Managing complex workflows across global teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Building and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring seamless delivery.
- Overseeing creative quality, timelines, and accuracy across all deliverables.
- Partnering closely with internal and client teams on deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
- Anticipating challenges and solving problems quickly to keep everything on track.
- Driving progress and clarity through structured planning and sharp execution.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-format campaigns (print, digital, and video).
- Previous experience in rebrands or brand rollouts (highly desirable).
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
- Calm, clear communicator with confident leadership under pressure.
- Comfortable with challenging ideas and leading discussions to reach the best outcomes.
- Highly organised with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Contract: 6 months
Working pattern: Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office/studio.
