We have partnered with a growing multi-service organisation operating across construction, logistics, security, and facilities management, who are looking to hire a proactive and Creative Content & Communications Lead.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys storytelling, content creation, and communications, and is looking for a role where they can genuinely shape brand presence and business messaging across multiple divisions.
As the Creative Content & Communications Lead, you’ll play a key role in elevating the company’s reputation through engaging internal and external communications, digital marketing activity, and creative content across multiple channels.
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who can bring fresh ideas, work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business, and confidently manage multiple projects at once.
Key responsibilities:
- Creating engaging internal and external communications
- Writing news articles, case studies, press releases, and campaign content
- Managing website content through CMS platforms
- Planning and delivering marketing campaigns
- Managing and growing social media channels
- Supporting events, presentations, and marketing collateral
- Tracking campaign performance and digital engagement metrics
- Collaborating with teams to develop project and community-focused content
Required skills & experience:
- 3–5 years’ experience within marketing, communications, PR, or content
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Experience with CMS platforms, social media tools, and digital marketing
- Understanding of SEO and analytics
- Familiarity with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Creative, proactive, and highly organised mindset
Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:30pm
London – office-based initially (5 days per week on site) with flexibility after probation
Salary: £54,000.00 – £65,000.00 DOE
