We are looking for a Creative Business Development Manager to join our client, a leading communications company based in London.
As the Creative Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of a 200-person creative agency that excels in marketing communications, corporate communications, and branding across digital, print, and video platforms.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Promote and sell the agency’s comprehensive range of services, including onsite design teams dedicated to each client’s brand on a global scale.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Required Experience:
- Proven industry experience in business development within a design or advertising agency.
- A working knowledge and practical experience with marketing communications, corporate communications, and branding.

Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 plus commission
