We're looking for a remote Content Creator & Social Manager to join a fast-growing fitness and racing business, based in Australia or New Zealand.
As the Content Creator & Social Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day social presence, creating engaging, social-first content across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, while helping shape the wider social strategy.
This is a great opportunity for a creative social specialist to make an impact from day one, joining a quickly growing business that raised $8M in its first year.
Responsibilities:
- Editing engaging short-form video for Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
- Developing creative, trend-led content ideas
- Writing strong hooks, captions and social copy
- Managing publishing, scheduling and community engagement
- Keeping up with social trends and finding relevant ways to apply them to the brand
- Supporting relationships with athletes, influencers and ambassadors
- Using performance data to refine content and social strategy
- Exploring AI tools to enhance creative storytelling and editing
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong short-form video editing skills and a great visual eye
- Understands social media and what makes content perform
- Has a genuine interest in fitness and sport
- Is creative, proactive and full of ideas
- Understands social storytelling and how brands grow through content
- Is interested in AI and emerging content tools
- Enjoys building communities and engaging with audiences
- Wants to develop their career within a fast-paced, purpose-led business
- Bonus: Experience working with athletes, creators or ambassadors would be beneficial.
