We are looking for a Concierge Supervisor to join one of Paragon Works' client partners, a Global Law Firm based in the City.
As the Concierge Supervisor, you will be experienced and proactive in leading and supporting the floor concierge and OSS teams on-site. This is a working supervisor role, combining hands-on operational delivery with the leadership, development, and motivation of a high-performing team.
You will ensure our client receives exceptional front-of-house and office support services every day by setting the standard for service excellence and leading by example, developing your team, and ensuring a consistently professional and customer-focused experience.
Main responsibilities:
- Supervising and supporting the Floor Concierge and OSS teams to deliver outstanding service.
- Providing cover for concierge duties during team absences.
- Managing day-to-day staffing matters, including holiday requests, sickness, and return-to-work interviews.
- Conducting monthly team meetings to maintain communication and engagement.
- Assisting the Operations Manager with monthly reporting and administration.
- Ensuring professional presentation, appropriate staffing levels, and effective handovers.
- Maintaining department tidiness, safety standards, and compliance with procedures.
- Promoting Paragon’s culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Supporting team development, training, and succession planning.
Required Experience/Skills:
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience in office or concierge services (mail, couriers, reprographics desirable).
- People management experience
- A confident, professional, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Competence in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- The ability to work independently, take initiative, and inspire a team.
