We’re looking for a Communications & Social Media Coordinator for our client, a Global Charity, to support content creation and digital communications across the Americas region.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of day-to-day social media activity, support campaign rollouts, and help adapt global messaging for regional audiences. You’ll work closely with teams across multiple countries, so strong communication skills, excellent organisation, and a collaborative approach are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Digital Content
- Write, schedule and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and X.
- Adapt global campaigns for local markets and create regionally relevant content for B2B and B2C audiences.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages and maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Work with creative teams to ensure visuals align with messaging and campaign objectives.
Launch Communications & Campaign Support
- Draft clear and engaging launch communications for clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate stakeholder approvals and ensure content is accurate and delivered on time.
- Support the rollout of new products and marketing initiatives across multiple markets.
Newsletter & Client-Facing Content
- Transform campaign messaging and product updates into engaging newsletter copy.
- Ensure content is regionally relevant and aligned with brand guidelines.
Project Coordination & Collaboration
- Manage workflows, deadlines and approvals across US, Canada, Brazil and Latin America.
- Support the review of creatives to ensure consistency and quality.
- Work closely with regional and global teams to maintain alignment and support ongoing initiatives.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience managing social media channels and digital content across multiple platforms.
- Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills.
- Ability to tailor content for different audiences (B2B, B2C, social, newsletters).
- Highly organised with strong project coordination and time-management abilities.
- Confident communicator able to work with stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Hands-on experience with scheduling and analytics tools.
- Languages: Fluent in English, with strong proficiency in Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. French is a bonus.
- Collaborative mindset and comfort working in cross-cultural teams.
This is a fully remote, permanent role – but you must be based in the UK to be considered, as some travel to the office may be required.
