We’re looking for a Change & Transformation Accountant to join Paragon. This is a remote role with UK travel required.
As the Change & Transformation Accountant, you’ll be delivering efficient, well-controlled processes that support a scalable, future-ready finance environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys improving processes, strengthening controls, and driving meaningful change across a centralised finance function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and embed improved, tech-enabled financial processes
- Identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and standardisation
- Support the transition of activities into the centralised finance model
- Assess and mitigate financial risks during change initiatives
- Maintain clear documentation and training materials
- Ensure all change activity meets accounting, audit, and regulatory requirements
- Present recommendations to the Finance Risk & Change Control Board (FRCC)
- Partner with finance leaders, FP&A, operations, and auditors across the business
Required Experience & Skills:
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
- Experience in change, transformation, or process improvement
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Proactive, adaptable, and improvement-focused
- Advanced Excel and Power Apps experience is desirable, as well as a background in management accounting, analysis, business partnering, or project delivery
