We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join Paragon Works and lead from the front in their Managed IT Services division, covering the Manchester M62 territory.
As the Business Development Manager, you will focus on relationship-building, solution-shaping, and future-driving positions. You’ll be the face of Paragon Works in the Manchester region, growing existing accounts and unlocking new opportunities. You’ll need to understand what matters to clients, position smart solutions, and always deliver with integrity.
Main duties:
- Building and nurturing strong, long-term client relationships
- Driving new business in a competitive market
- Understanding customer needs and matching them to smart IT solutions
- Staying sharp on market trends, competitors and new opportunities
- Managing your pipeline via CRM — accurately and efficiently
- Achieving your targets and celebrating the wins
- Representing the Paragon name with professionalism, passion, and purpose
Required experience and skills:
- A proven track record in managed print solution or tech solution sales
- Someone who thrives on targets and knows how to close
- A relationship builder — with both clients and internal teams
- Highly organised, self-driven, and time-efficient
- Excellent communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Ethical, reliable, and ready to grow with us
- Bonus points if you’ve sold hardware, software, and IT support services — but drive, integrity, and results matter most.
Salary: £42-48K. OTE – £80-120K, plus car allowance and commission
Territory: Manchester M62 region
