We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join Paragon Customer Communications Sheffield site.
As the Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be a passionate and results-driven individual to help expand Paragon’s reach and secure game-changing opportunities across their core service lines: commercial print, web-to-print, warehouse, and fulfilment services.
As a BDM, you’ll be the engine behind the business growth, identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities into long-term success stories. You’ll focus on building valuable relationships with ideal clients and delivering innovative solutions that drive profitability. You will ideally have SAS integration experience, aligning our customers with our online portal solution.
Main Objectives:
- Hit and exceed revenue & profit targets through strategic business development.
- Identify and research new markets, trends, and opportunities.
- Lead generation through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Use solution-selling techniques to meet client needs and secure deals.
- Maintain a pipeline focused on high-potential ‘Ideal Clients’.
- Leverage the full Paragon Group portfolio through cross-selling strategies.
- Negotiate and secure long-term Key Account contracts.
- Build relationships at every level within client organisations.
- Present impactful KPIs, online demos, and tailored training sessions.
- Champion innovation and process improvements for better profitability.
- Play a key role in tender submissions and pricing strategies.
- Report monthly performance against internal metrics.
