Who are Paragon DCX?
At DCX, we blend strategy, creativity, and technology to craft standout digital experiences. Part of the wider Paragon family, we exist at the intersection of intelligent data, compelling creative, and seamless multi-channel delivery. Our CRM and Data teams help brands transform how they communicate with customers — delivering the right message, in the right moment, on the right platform.
As the Business Analyst, you will thrive in the space where business needs meet technical possibilities. You’ll be the translator, the orchestrator, the problem-solver, turning challenges into actionable, impactful solutions.
You’ll work across industries and disciplines to create tangible value for external clients, guiding them through the end-to-end delivery of CRM and data-led projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leading discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops to define and shape project requirements
- Creating detailed documentation including Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, Switchover Processes, Data Audits and more
- Translating business goals into technical solutions by collaborating closely with SMEs, developers, testers and project managers
- Taking full ownership of delivery documentation and ensuring high standards of accuracy and quality
- Supporting pre-sales activity, contributing to pitches, proposals, and effort estimation
- Escalating project risks when needed and supporting mitigation planning
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement across processes and documentation standards
- Ensuring all activity is aligned with our Information Security Management Systems (ISMS)
Who you are:
You’re someone who brings clarity to complexity. You know how to make sense of technical detail and communicate it in a way that builds confidence with stakeholders — whether they’re marketers, developers, or C-suite executives.
Required skills:
- Strong experience acting as the bridge between non-technical stakeholders and technical delivery teams
- The ability to assess technical options and recommend the best-value approach
- Proven experience in authoring detailed solution documentation used by development and QA teams
- A solid understanding of customer databases and CRM journey logic
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Desired experience:
