We’re looking for a Brand Manager to join a growing personal branding agency, working with high-profile founders and executives.
This is a hands-on Brand Manager role where you’ll own your clients’ strategy, content, relationships and results.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Content Strategy: Develop and own personal brand strategies across LinkedIn, newsletters, podcasts and other platforms.
- Content Creation: Write and quality-check high-quality content designed to grow audiences, build trust and drive results.
- Client Management: Act as the day-to-day client contact, lead calls, present performance and confidently discuss strategy.
- Team Coordination: Brief and manage designers and other team members to ensure smooth delivery.
- Performance Analysis: Use analytics and audience insights to understand what’s working and continuously improve strategy.
- Additional Services: Support areas such as newsletters, funnels and LinkedIn/Sales Navigator activity.
About You:
- 1–2+ years’ experience in LinkedIn, social media, personal branding or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of personal branding and social media strategy, not just content creation.
- Confident leading client calls and presentations independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of work.
- Able to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, organised and comfortable working independently.
- Commercially minded, with a focus on measurable results and audience growth.
