Artworker

We are looking for an Artworker to join the Paragon Works Warsaw office in Poland.

You will be a detail-oriented Mid Artworker to support the production of high-quality artwork while contributing to the team’s internal quality control process.

In this role, you will be responsible for producing and adapting artwork across a range of formats while also performing peer quality checks on work produced by junior artworkers and fellow mid artworkers. This helps ensure consistency, accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables.

In addition to production and peer review responsibilities, you will occasionally support workflow coordination when the Workflow Assistant is not available, helping to maintain visibility of tasks and ensuring smooth delivery across the team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create, update and amend artwork across print and digital formats
  • Adapt existing creative assets into new formats, sizes or layouts
  • Ensure files are set up correctly for production requirements
  • Prepare artwork in accordance with brand guidelines and technical specifications
  • Conduct quality checks on artwork produced by junior artworkers
  • Perform peer reviews of work produced by other mid artworkers when required
  • Check for layout accuracy, formatting, brand compliance and technical correctness
  • Identify and correct potential production errors before delivery
  • Manage artwork files from initial brief through to final delivery
  • Maintain organised file structures, version control and asset management
  • Ensure correct archiving and documentation of final deliverables
  • Support junior artworkers with guidance on production best practices
  • Share knowledge and contribute to maintaining consistent studio standards
  • Work closely with the workflow coordinator or manager to manage priorities
  • Provide basic coordination support when the Workflow Assistant is unavailable
  • Help monitor workload and flag urgent requests or deadlines
  • Support the smooth flow of work across the team during different shifts

Required skills and experience:

  • 2–3 years of experience in artwork production within a creative agency, studio or production environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat)
  • Good understanding of print and digital production processes
  • Solid knowledge of typography, layout and file preparation
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to review work and provide constructive feedback
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume production environment
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
