Account Manager

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join Paragon's Sunderland site, a key destination for the delivery of Paragon Customer Communications inbound services and solutions.

As the Account Manager, you’ll report to the Client Services Manager and be responsible for translating key client objectives into clear, actionable briefs. You’ll support the delivery of campaigns, maintain strong service levels, and help drive performance across the account. This role plays an important part in delivering quality, improving margins, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hour week. Flexible between times of 7:30am – 5:00pm
Hybrid working after 3 month probation has been completed. 3 Days onsite and 2 days work from home

Main Responsabilities:

  • Manage the full end-to-end delivery of client campaigns
  • Translate client needs into effective briefs, ensuring service levels and KPIs are met
  • Support or lead monthly and weekly reporting, including business review forums
  • Maintain a clear understanding of commercial goals, contractual deliverables, SLAs and KPIs
  • Liaise with suppliers and support the commercial team on individual projects
  • Help deliver Account Development Plans alongside senior colleagues
  • Identify and resolve service issues, escalating where necessary
  • Spot opportunities for innovation, efficiency and cost savings
  • Ensure timely delivery of services, exploring solutions where challenges arise
  • Present performance updates and support service improvement initiative

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in a client-facing or customer-focused role
  • Commercially aware, with strong relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, solutions-led and confident managing multiple priorities
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently
  • Resilient and adaptable to change, with a willingness to learn
  • Strong communicator, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Competent using a range of software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 depending on experience
