Account Executive

An exciting opportunity has become available to join a high-performing Client Services team at Paragon's Sheffield site as an Account Executive.

As the Account Executive, you will act as the single point of contact for new and existing customers, seeing each request through from initial enquiry to completion. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, communication and coordination, building strong customer relationships and going above and beyond stakeholder expectations.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm or 9am to 5:30pm
Hybrid working after 3 3-month probation has been successfully completed. 3 Days onsite and 2 days work from home

Main responsibilities:

  • Work as part of the wider client services team to ensure all customers receive the best possible customer experience
  • Assisting the sales team by highlighting new opportunities
  • Communicate with customers using the most appropriate method of interaction including phone, email and video call
  • Attend face to face meetings as and when required
  • Ensure scheduled reports and tasks are completed in full and on time
  • Take direction from Senior Account Managers and Account Managers to support customer and team objectives.
  • Prioritise workload ensuring all requests are dealt with and completed on time
  • Provide keen attention to detail when processing orders and communicating customer requests to internal departments
  • Be commercially aware when pricing customer quotes
  • Build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
  • Manage customer requests and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure expectations are delivered.
  • Work across multiple IT systems and programmes simultaneously.

Required skills:

  • Someone who is able to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring individual and team objectives and targets are achieved
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to create and sustain valuable relationships
  • Proactive and organised with a keen eye for detail
  • Proven experience within a customer-focused or client-facing environment
  • Can work across multiple IT systems and programmes simultaneously
  • Can work under pressure without dropping service levels
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism at all times
  • Contribute to ideas for improvement and be accepting of change
