Account Director

We are looking for an Account Director to join Paragon Lead Supply.

If you are ready to lead strategic partnerships that deliver real impact, Paragon Lead Supply is looking for a driven, experienced, and commercially minded Account Director to lead and grow some of our major strategic financial service client accounts.

As Account Director, you’ll be the driving force behind the operational and strategic success of key client relationships.

Main responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Own the account P&L, ensuring revenue growth and profit delivery.
  • Lead, support, and develop a high-performing operational team.
  • Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and best-in-class service delivery.
  • Work collaboratively across the business to align solutions with client needs.
  • Lead client retention, development, and account growth strategies.
  • Shape and deliver commercial success—owning P&L performance, forecasting, and margin improvement.
  • Develop strategic account plans aligned to both client and Paragon’s business objectives.
  • Drive operational excellence through clear KPIs, service level agreements, and insightful reporting.
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver seamless, value-adding solutions.
  • Motivate and develop your team to consistently exceed expectations.

Required Experience:

  • Experience in client-facing roles, managing complex relationships, and overseeing multi-functional teams is essential.
  • A background in customer communications, procurement services, or business outsourcing is highly desirable, alongside experience developing financial service client accounts.
  • Commercially savvy: With a deep understanding of account performance, cost efficiency, and strategic growth.
  • A trusted advisor: Able to understand client challenges and offer solutions that go beyond expectations.
  • A people leader: Who inspires teams, supports professional growth, and leads with emotional intelligence.
  • Adaptable and proactive: Comfortable in dynamic environments, responding quickly to new priorities or challenges.
  • Strategically minded: Balancing short-term delivery with long-term vision for continuous improvement and innovation.

Location: Hybrid role with travel to Huntingdon, London, and Norwich as required

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

Contract: Permanent

Location: London/Huntingdon (Hybrid)
