Workflow Coordinator

Our client, a leading global communications company, is looking for a Creative Workflow Coordinator to work with their end client, a prestigious global law firm.

This role sits within an on-site, dedicated design agency embedded in the law firm’s organisation. The design agency is part of a global communications company known for building customised creative teams tailored to their clients’ needs. These teams are supported by the expertise of a wider creative, digital, and production network, offering a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.

As a Creative Workflow Coordinator, you’ll manage the workflow of a talented global team of designers and Artworkers, ensuring the smooth delivery of both print and digital projects. Collaborating closely with the Design Lead, you’ll assign tasks to team members based on skill, availability, and project needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage workflow across a global creative team, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Design Lead to allocate resources effectively.
  • Use workflow tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and file-sharing platforms to streamline processes.
  • Maintain clear communication with team members and stakeholders to meet project requirements and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Workflow Coordinator, Work Manager, Traffic Manager, or Studio Manager within a corporate design environment or creative agency.
  • Strong knowledge of workflow tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and file-sharing platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage workflows in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week at the client’s central London office. Please apply only if this setup works for you.
