We are looking for an accomplished programme manager to support a UK insurance firm through their digital transformation journey.

The procurement and communication teams of this well known insurance brand need someone with experience in document management or with data to output processes ideally within a financial services or regulated environment. You will also have transactional and compliance communication management experience to advise and guide them through the transformation. Your knowledge of the changes in technology in this ever evolving landscape will support them through this period of consultation.
This is initially a 12 month FTC to work directly with the firm supporting the CCM through this period of discovery and change to prepare for a tender for all communications, mail, post and in and outbound systems.
You will lead by example and not through direction – your in-depth knowledge and ability to take stakeholders through a journey of change will help the Head of Operations through this complex multichannel transformation programme. This role is for a ‘do-er’, not a theorist so prepare to roll up your sleeves and help the team.
The role can be based anywhere in the UK but it will be 2 days in one of the firm’s offices with travel to all the other offices to meet the teams.
