Presentations Workflow Coordinator

We're looking for a Presentations Workflow Coordinator to join a global management company on a long-term temporary basis.

Are you an experienced Presentations Workflow Coordinator who wants to work remotely?

A global management consultancy which has an in house creative and presentation centre is looking for an additional workflow coordinator.

Apart from the first week when training will be at their offices in London, this will be a remote first role with occasional meetings in the London office. This is an ongoing temporary role whilst the leadership team shape the future of the global presentations centre.

You will be triaging the work coming into the central inbox, processing it and communicating timelines to the internal client. You will then be distributing it to the global network of presentation designers and keeping a high level overview of the project until completion.

Currently the role will be 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday but you will need to be flexible as the demand for the service grows. This role may change to a Sunday – Thursday mid/evening shift.

Type of role: Ongoing temporary on a PAYE basis

Hours and Days: Currently Mon- Fri 9-5.30pm

Salary: £23 to £25 p/h plus holiday pay
